“This beef was absolutely tender and delicious and it feed (2kg weight joint) a family of big eaters of 10! I brought this in 2022 and was so impressed I brought it again for 2023 christmas and will definitely get it again in 2024! Highly recommend searing on pan with mustard rub and then in the oven for roasting for medium rare”
