“Product came quickly and as advertised. Things we love! 1. ease of use for our parents. There is no guessing involved. 2. flexibility in programing to customize to our schedule 3. secure sturdy product 4. works even if the internet connection has been disrupted We paired the dispense times with Alexa so that my parents not only receive a visual reminder to take their pills but also an audible reminder. I did not see that this feature was offered (only phone calls if they miss the dose) but I could be wrong. Great product, don't wait if you are on the fence. It is worth it!”

“Medminder has drastically reduced how often my father forgets to take his meds... almost never now. Love the flashing light followed 30 min later by sound/voice alert ... which can be annoying but inspires patient to get there and take meds so it silences. We have had several visiting nurses post-hospital stays and each & every one of them has asked for info to provide to their other patients bc they've been so impressed.”

“I've been very happy with Medminder since I started using it for my mother back in April of 2020. However, I just found out (through this e-mail and going on the website) that there is a new and upgraded model. I called and spoke with someone and was told the new model has been available since last summer. I also found out that the monthly price has been reduced by $10. I am extremely upset and aggravated that I was not told about this upgrade and decrease in price. I did receive a letter a while back stating there was an upgrade (which I was lead to believe was some sort of a software upgrade) and was told they were not coming out to people's houses due to Covid. I also had called a couple of times because I was having problems with the cellular signal and was NEVER told of the upgraded model and that it can be used with wifi as well as a cellular signal. I feel as though Medminder has not been forthcoming and honest with me.”

“Great concept that offers features that most dispensers do not. But there are a few glaring issues that have no reason to exist. Cell phone reception is poor and unreliable. Main lid interferes with cups upon closing. lock slide mechanism binds up randomly (probably due to flimsly main lid) causing individual compartments to remain locked at dosage time!”
