“With us filling the box, my mother has been able to manage medications on her own for over two years. That said, I will not say this product is perfect. We have had minor glitches along the way, some pretty annoying at the time. However, I give the company five stars because their customer service is outstanding! Whenever we have had a problem, they have always been extremely kind, understanding, and helpful fixing it, offering solutions, and following up later to make sure things were resolved. Seldom do you find this level of support for any product. Well done!”

“This has really help to keep my 85 year father in track with his medication regiment. It also keeps his family in touch with when he doesnt which for us is huge because this tells us he either not ok or he forgot. More often than not he forgot. I love it!”
