“Medminder has made such a difference in my father's health, I cannot thank you enough! Ensuring his meds are given on time and never missed, has made all the difference. When someone can no longer manage their meds and can only open the pill box associated with the day and time of their medication, with the blinking light, eventual beep, if not taken and a call to the patient and to the caregiver is PRICELESS. I think it's easy to use and likely has prevented us from needing 24 hour care.”

“A family member who lives on his own has been using this system for four or more years. We had it installed after we noticed that he was not taking his pills at the correct time, sometimes catching up in the morning when he forgot his night meds, causing havoc with his system. We have not had that situation since. One family member prepares all the medicines into the tray and changes it out weekly or biweekly depending on the number of doses he needs each day. The system has been incredibly reliable and staff are very helpful. Over the years their support hours have increased to accommodate us west coasters. We are very grateful for the system which has allowed our family member to remain independent all these years later. If he needs more care, it will not be because he needs someone to administer his medications. Thank you MedMinder. My answer about the response time depends on whether the question comes during office hours. Of course, the emergency responder is always on duty.”
