Through my bank I needed to raise a dispute which settled in my favour and my money refunded. To my knowlwedge that other US company, (masquerading as a Queensland firm) had not delivered my order 2 months after ordering and the package remains, according to FedEx tracker, in a depot somewhere in the US.”
