“Ordered and paid for 16oz bottle and received an 8oz bottle. No explanation, no price adjustment. My email of complaint was answered within a couple of days, saying they would send me another bottle as soon as more supplies were received. Not good enough. If Megavitamins had explained their short supply at time of ordering I would have accepted and paid for the product size I ordered. At very least, should have refunded half my money and explained reasons for sending a smaller bottle. Still waiting for my other bottle three weeks later ad don't expect to see it any time soon. If they can't fill the order, don't take the money.”
