“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a 475ml bottle of oil but was sent a 180ml bottle instead. After reaching out to the company to resolve the issue, I spoke with a man who assured me that I would either be refunded if the correct product was out of stock, or the right item would be shipped to me as soon as possible. Later that day, I received a $16 refund, even though I had paid $44.65 for the product, including shipping.
I contacted the company again and spoke to a woman who explained that the person I spoke to earlier doesn't usually handle this kind of issue. She offered to refund me "a little more money" and let me keep the incorrect product. I explained that I would prefer either a full refund or the correct product sent to me. I also offered to return the smaller bottle if they could provide a free return shipping label. She dismissed this, saying it didn’t make sense from a business perspective, claiming the return shipping would cost more than the product itself. I politely disagreed, stating that the error wasn't mine, and after a long and frustrating exchange, she agreed to send me the correct product along with a return label, but only after I paid back the $16 refund.
Since then, I’ve received no invoice, the correct product hasn’t been shipped, and there is no return label in sight. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. I’m now stuck with a tiny bottle of oil that I paid an outrageous amount for. I will never purchase from this company again and would strongly advise anyone who values their money to steer clear.”
