“I'm appalled that it took over 10 days to get this product delivered from a company that according to the sender details is in the SAME city as me and within 20km! I made the purchase from this Australian company thinking I would get my products within a few days. Sadly I was wrong. Did you have to get this product from the US yourself before sending it to me? Because that's where I'll be ordering from next time. I expect this review to get deleted that's what companies do to negative reviews these days.”
