“Took about 14 days to get confirmation that my order would be delivered even though money went out of my account the day of the order. Finally just before Christmas the product was delivered, But it wasn't what was ordered. The response to the complaint was that the delivered product was the same as the one ordered even though a side by side comparison showed a difference in product constituents.
On the plus side once recognised the supplier agreed to a refund and supplied the AusPost parcel label. However given Christmas this hasn't showed up in my card account but I'm hopeful it will soon.”
