“I do have to say I have a smaller head, so this hat didn’t fit my head the greatest, as it’s a larger size hat, however the customer service was truly fantastic and a reason why I’ll be a return customer to try something new. Knowing the hat was a bit too large for me, Melin offered to make it right and help me find another hat. Melin could have done nothing since I already purchased the hat, but they wanted to make sure I had a positive experience and work with me to make that happen. “Love the hat. It has been a great everyday gym hat. The one issue I have with it is the size of the brim. It is a bit narrow in my opinion, but maybe I just have a larger head/face. I would recommend widening the brim if at all possible.”
