“The craftsmanship on these hats is top notch. There's a high attention to detail on all the stitching, fabrics/materials used, etc.
After about a month of use I did have an issue where a sweat stain was becoming permanent on the hat. The rest of the hat still looked great, so I reached out to Melin on the best way to get rid of the stain. They responded immediately (on a Sunday), and had already sent me a replacement hat, which I definitely wasn't expecting. So if you do end up getting a lemon, their great customer service will step in and take care of you.”
