When I bought it I thought it was over priced, but what I didnt realize at the time is that I was not only paying for a hat, but for great customer service. My buddies dog chewed up my hat about 1 month after I bought it and I thought Ide have to pay another $60 for a hat. I put in a claim to see if the warranty would cover it and they sent me a replacement hat. Super easy, really no questions asked. I now think that the hats are well worth the money. It is the best customer service Ive ever received.”
