“Was excited to receive my hat - I received the hat and the material and fit was very nice. Too bad the front bill was molded off center, the top fold of this front 5 panel hat was off center and was opposite of the molded bill. The logo on the front of the hat was not centered and slightly crooked. When you’re spending they much for a cap, you expect that QC is on top of each hat. I called CS and was told to go online and return it. I would’ve exchanged it, but I didn’t have the option - so I sent back the hat, 3 weeks ago, and no one has even tried to make things right with me. I recently told this story to a friend of mine with a ski and sport lifestyle shop
And told him about my experience. He said he was thinking about carrying the line and wanted my feedback on how they handle the return communication. Well, I haven’t heard from ANYONE. I’ll be seeing this shop this week to let him know my honest assessment. All show, no go.”
