“I’m going to sound like a broken record, but these hats really are something else. In a league of their own for sure. Everything they promote is the truth. The only way you can know for sure is to get yourself one. I was gifted my Odyssey Hydro, and I do love the hat, however like I mentioned it was a gift. I was unaware of the Melin Brand and the awesome products they make. That being said, I have a head on the larger size. In all senses of the word. Therefore, my Odyssey Hydro is an amazing hat. Unfortunately, if I’m honest my head doesn’t quite fit in terms of the depth. It’s a little on the shallow side. So, after gaining the knowledge on the Melin Brand, I came to find out that in fact the Odyssey Hydro naturally is the shallowest of the styles of hats manufactured by Melin. As I stated prior, the hat was a gift and all original packaging was tossed in the garbage before they put the hat by itself in a gift bag. Upon my research, I found out that had I known about this brand and had the chance to give any input on the hat I would have liked it would have most definitely been the Trenches Icon Hydro, as it is the deepest style of hat offered. Unfortunately, it didn’t play out that way. I’m not kidding when I say my head is on the larger side in all senses of the word, and personally the characteristic that is the most important factor when I myself choose a hat to purchase, after I’ve established that it fits the circumference of my head, is the depth of the hat. Seeing as how the Odyssey Hydro was a gift it’s a little easier to wear knowing I didn’t spend my hard earned money on it. But if I’m completely honest I don’t wear it as often as I would or like to if it just fit better all around. I feel like the Odyssey just sets on top of my head like a Yarmulke (yah-mik-uh). I just know that if I had a Trenches Icon Hydro it’d be a daily worn hat without a doubt. With all of this said, all in all the hat is of supreme condition and workmanship. I would recommend this brand to any and everyone. Maybe I’ll get a Trenches Icon Hydro for a future gift if I’m lucky.

“The hat looks and fits great, but the White part of the logo on the front of the hat had a small black mark on it already before I had worn it. Not a big deal but for an expensive hat I would not have expected that.”
