“Customer service is top-notch. Dealt a couple of times by email, quick responses and problem resolved. Issues I had were not with the company or the product but the delivery service. Customer service was extremely helpful in replacement of the hat and also an exchange I made for the black hat which came back in stock after the fact. Will continue to use this organization for future purchases.”
“Yellow lines show up when I'm hardly even sweating. That kind of sucks because it pretty much makes the hat unwearable unless I'm in water. But for the water its great because I can just get the hat wet and scrub the stains out. I think the black Melin option would have been a better option. Like I said I'm happy with the hat I just wouldn't necessarily go white...”
