“Few hats fit me well, and while the small Coronado is still a little too big for me to comfortably wear forwards, it's perfect backwards. I live in Hawaii and have had this hat for years. It's outlived every other hat I've owned, and with serious time in the sun and ocean. I think I'm on year 4 or 5, and I'm finally at a place where I want to get another, not because the other has broken down or anything, but only because the color has faded some…but once again, I'm impressed it's stood up to the tropical conditions. The cost is worth it if you're looking for longevity.”
“Customer Service was great, I had purchased another hat in the classic size and it was too big, so I contacted Melin and they made it right ASAP. Even paid for shipping back to them. Now they did not have the same hat, so i had to choose another style, but extremely happy with the hat and will certainly buy again. Although it might take a while as the hat seems to be very durable. Thank you again! If i could make one suggestion it would be this: i think most people will be a small size, as every hat that i liked seemed to be out of the small size. If i am wrong please forgive me, but maybe have more of the small sizes verses the classic or large. Thank you for the HAT I love it!”
“This brand/company is better suited for the bigger heads. I was devastated to find it does not fit my head right. I was hoping that between ordering size Small in the shallow Coronado style I’d get a fit for my small head. Bummer. I’m a huge fan of the quality otherwise, other than the tab under the brim. The search continues for the right hat for small heads that aren’t from the kids section. ♂️”
“Bought this hat for vacation in Mexico. Between the heat and the salt water all the hats I take there get ruined every year. However this one held up. I took it deep sea fishing, horse back riding, the pool, the beach, worked out in it, and walking through the city. It didn’t shrink from the heat and sweat and didn’t stain. It is light weight, cleans off easy, keeps it shape, and comfortable. These hats are now my go to. I will be getting more.”
