I always wound up having to wear a rolled up bandana around my forehead to catch the sweat and then a cap squashed on top. That sort of worked but the cap often fell off. And it looked goofy. The squeegee-like thing at the front of this cap actually works as advertised. The sweat gets channeled to the sides of my face. I also like that the hat is fairly deep. It feels secure on my head.
