The Small Brass Paws to Heaven is a solid brass pet cremation urn with a dark slate finish highlighted by a path of ascending silver paw prints to remind us that they have forever left their paw prints on our heart. Urn loads from the top with threaded lid for secure closure. Felt on the base protects furnishings. It is important to keep cremains in a sealed plastic bag inside any urn. Dimensions: 5" H x 3.75" W Holds 30 cubic inches which is large enough for the cremains of MOST pets with a healthy weight up to 12 lbs but may be large enough for pets weighing as much as 20 lbs. Please contact your pet crematory and ask them if an urn holding 30 cubic inches is the correct size for your pet. If you already have the ashes, you can determine the cubic inch volume by measuring the length x width x height of the temporary cremains container.
