“The Urn I ordered for my Wife's Cremains arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged in a double box and well packed to prevent damage. The engraving proof was sent to me by email for my approval and when the Urn arrived it was flawless. Great job and excellent Customer Service. The only suggestion I have is to please supply a bag for the Cremains to be placed into the Urn. The Funeral home told me that would be very helpful for future consideration.”
