I was in need of an urn by Sunday for a celebration of life for my husband. It was a Wednesday morning when I called, asking if they had this style urn available.
To make a long story short - Cindy was not sure if she was able to get the urn to me by Sunday... she called the manufacturers and was able to ship the urn to me by Friday...

“Looking beautiful...really perfect to the picture offered...the service and understanding from Vaughn was amazing... was always trying to please me regarding wishes and changes...and the delivery was within one day...the only thing that maybe could be changed/improved is that one should be able to see the clips designs somewhere...would make it easier to choose...
