“I have received 2 defective spirometers. First one showed all readings being 0(spirometry) and only had two blows instead of 3. Second one again didn’t graph spirometry. The associate has been somewhat helpful. The technicians are in Italy so they can’t look at first machine I sent back. In order to give my review, I really should see how this is handled. Otherwise I like machine.?”
