Took me by surprise when my old one winked out shortly after the expiry of the warranty... but I was unaware when I bought it with my Zip Navigator that it shouldn't be left running for more than 10 hours. Having had it checked out by the MGI rep in Adelaide first, I found it much easier to simply buy a new one direct from MGI. It arrived in the days between rounds, so I was able to recharge the battery and not miss a beat.

Purchased this to replace my original charger that came with the Navigator. It failed in less than 2 years so I’m hoping that this one will last longer.

Battery charger so important to allow me to use my golf cart. Just make sure to turn off power source before disconnecting the battery.

My charger died after 4 years! I have never had a charger of anything die on me; it is usually the other way around--the battery goes first. And it really wasn't 4 years, as half the time it wasn't being used because I spend 6 months away in the winter. Finally, I could live with this quirk if it weren't for the fact that a new charger sells for an outrageous price of $110!!

having had the charger for 4 years, with no issue at all, The other day the light on the charger stopped working, which i naturally assumed the charger had stopped working, after trying the charger and many different power points, i came to the conclusion the charger was dead and i purchased a new one on-line from the MGI store. I was playing my second round without charging my battrey, when a friend suggested to place my battery on the old charger over night to see what will happen. To my supprise, the next morning, my battery was full of charge, proving the old charger still worked fine, it was only the light. The new charger turned up on the same day and funny, the light on the new charger doesn't work either. So now i have 2 chargers that work fine, but dont have a working light on either.
