“This will be the third cup holder that I’ve purchased. These cup holders break easily around the slot that attaches to the cart. I’ve had this new cup holder for two weeks and I can already see stress in that area where it always breaks.”

I keep track of how many times I’ve used the Zip cart to see how long it takes to pay for itself.
During the 12th outing (about 4 months into having it) the water bottle holder broke right where it snaps onto the side-handle swivel.
The plastic 16.9 oz bottles work okay. If you have a taller water bottle so you can have ice and can refill it, it tends to be too tall for the cup holder and usually falls off a couple times per round as it’s rolling over the course.
I’ll contact the company and see if they might replace it since it’s pretty new…if not, I’ll buy a new holder because it’s nice & convenient.
Love the whole ZIP Navigator and this is a small little glitch that I’ve come across.

“I've been using the drink holder with my Zip Caddy for a couple years. It has worked pretty well, although it would be better if it were a bit deeper for tall water bottles. Then yesterday, it broke just below the hole where it attaches to the cart. Disappointing, but I'll probably get another because it is nice to have my water readily available.”
