“Pleased that the seat plug was available to purchase with a reasonable price. I was surprised that such a well designed and engineered golf trolley would rely on a plastic attachment for the seat bracket that has obviously failed frequently enough to warrant selling the part. Charging $17 shipping to send UPS ground for the size and weight of the part does not seem reasonable. The rest of the cart and accessories are really quality. Operating the cart exceeds all my expectations.”
