The Zip Navigator AT is my first motorised buggy and it's fair to say that I won't look any further when it's time to upgrade. They are incredibly stable, easy to manoeuvre and make light work of a day on an undulating course. The addition of the Zip Navigator AT to my kit has enabled me to easily back up rounds in a day and play without stiffness or soreness in following days. I would highly recommend one of these to every golfer, I've never felt so fresh walking up 18...

Excellent product, very stable and a pleasure to use. Was skeptical about the use of an electric buggy, given the price. But I’m happy to say it has exceeded my expectations in ease of use, longevity of battery (still full after 36 holes), and stability (especially in the rough). Quality of extras are very sturdy v clicgear - do yourself a favor and get one.

Took up golf again after a 25 year sabbatical( Children etc). As I am not as young as I used to be I found pulling my cart quite a chore. My playing partners had the MGI carts and saw how easy they found walking. I took the plunge and bought a MGI AT. It has certainly changed the way I manage the course now. It is easy to setup and a joy to use. I love the way it tracks and the range of the remote is second to none. Battery easy to charge, lasts at least 3 18 hole rounds and handles terrain very well. I especially love the way it speeds up and slows down when it negotiates hilly courses.

I bought one of these about 8 months ago .... it has been great for where we play (which is steep, a little rocky and quite bumpy at times) .... I have had no issues with the Navigator AT model what so ever .... it has made playing golf more relaxing for sure. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another one.

I had a G800 Navigator for seven years, the new Zip Navigator AT is an improvement in some ways. However the new speed control is a retrograde step to the old one. The old control had a smooth rheostat type control, the new Zip has a stepped control and I find that I cannot get a speed that is either too fast or too slow, also it is very abrupt too respond too speed changes and leaps forward when using the control on the buggy.

My buggy was purchased in December 2019 but due to the COVID restrictions in Victoria it has had only 6 to 9 months of use. Recently the right wheel developed a crack and as luck would have it we were on the 13th hole, as far away from the club house as possible. The wheel had functioned without issue up until that time but developed a slight 'click' on the 13th fairway. On examination by my playing partners and I, we detected a minor crack in one of the 3 spooks of this wheel. I immediately headed back to the club house but the wheel continued to deteriorate to the point where it was oval in shape under load and could no longer support the buggy and golf bag. This in turn created damage to the perimeter of this wheel. On contacting MGI service department by phone, I was told that wheels were considered an accessory and therefore not covered under warranty. It was also stated that any wheel damage is considered user fault only. On presentation of the wheel to MGI I was told that the wheel had either been run over or that it had been dropped. My assurances that this was not the case were ignored. Despite querying if their suggestion was the case how was I able to get to the 13th hole without any problem, I was still advised that MGI would not accept liability. I am therefore disappointed that liability was denied and in my opinion this appears to be company policy.

Really like the buggy design and overall performance except when going up hills. I have had to move to a staff bag to increase the weight but still not great and is not AT. I left feedback on FB site and email but no reply.
