“Great device, folds easily and easy to use. However, when I had an accident where the buggy rolled into about 6" of water, a few months later it stopped working. When I had it assessed by an MGI technician I was told it could not be repaired and sold me a new one. Being somewhat handy I dismantled the buggy myself and found that the motor controller was damaged. When I replaced this all was well and I have been using this repaired buggy since then.
So I am not impressed with the MGI service.”
