“NONE of the scorecards at the courses I play fit in the holder without cutting them down. Can't put a drink holder or remote holder under the scorecard holder. Needs to be at least one inch higher.”

The model I was sent does not seem to have an accessory box under.
I am trying to get the broken one replaced but I have to give them the serial number of my cart. We are having trouble finding it. I bought the scorecard holder myself and bought the cart from the pro shop. Not sure why we need the number.”
