Dear Caroline, we are very sorry that the stickers did come off. Iin 99.9% of cases this is due to the wall paint being used. Our stickers do not hold well on washable paints. However, we now do have a material with a stronger adhesive available which also sticks on this type of paint. We would be happy to resend you your stickers with the new material and are confident that this will solve the problem. We did send you a DM but unfortunately have not heard back from you yet.
