“I purchased the frame and dust mop. When I received the 2 items, I assumed it came with a handle. So, needless to say, I cannot use the mop because I do not have the handle. I called your company and explained the situation to them. I had to order the handle and as of today, 9/20/17, I have not received the handle. So basically, I cannot rate the item.”
