“I had a 18 " mop I used for three years everyday in cleaning vacation rentals. I purchased a 24" mop and the third one in about six weeks just broke. The new style is just not made as heavy as the old one. Customer service has made them up and been prompt to send a new head but it is very frustrating. I can not recommend this mop anymore as I use to.”
