“The metal base is not rectangular that matches the mop itself, it is a smaller trapezoid which leaves plenty of room on the sides when mop is attached. The Velcro does not adhere very well when the mop is wet, plus this weird design, it is difficult to work with this thing. The assembly instruction was not clear, faster to use my own brain to figure out how than reading it. It does not specify the orientation of the locks.
I did like its lightweight and long handle and maneuverability. But it’s painful to use it because of the trapezoid. I will look at other alternatives.
Also, it seems like a marketing scam in this industry to claim the mop is 18” when nowhere of it is. It’s not just this company. See pic.”
