“Love the mop. The quality is great and I am very happy with this purchase. I will have to just give negative feedback regarding your shipping policy. Due to the signature requirement we missed the shipping twice (I am not missing work to accept a mop delivery) and ended up asking fedex to deliver our package to a different location where we had to pick up from.”
