“I am on my second bundle of these wonderful microfiber cleaning clothS. Hubby discovered them.. over half of them are in the shop for car workings. He likes it they wash up hang dry and come back like new.
He wants me to get some more so he can gift them to a couple of his other car, fanatic friends.”
“The towels in my first order were all good. Included in my second order of five packages was one in a plain plastic bag. The towels were obviously used and washed, color was faded and bits of grit were in the fibers. Customer service informed me that they do send out returned towels if they look new, but these were obviously not new. Decided to forgo a refund or exchange as both required additional time and effort, an exchange with the risk of receiving another package of used towels! Will not buy from this company again.”
“I originally bought one window cleaning set on Amazon and loved them SO much I searched for the parent company and bought a case of the Buff and also the polishing cloths. OMG, one of the best products of the 21st century. I am giving them to relatives, keeping a bunch for myself and the rest go to my husband's window install company. Can't recommend ALL of their products enough.”
