“I got the mop and towels recently. The mop performs exactly as shown and will save my hours of cleaning time on my knees. One surprise was that when using wet, it has more drag than I expected. It does not glide over the floor. At first I was disappointed but then I realized this is because the fibers were actually picking up dirt and soil, doing an excellent job of grabbing. I know this because the second swipe did glide! Perfection! The towels are the same. Mirrors which formerly had a light film that wouldn't come off are now sparkling and clear.”
