“I have had a sorta bad experience at first when it came to the shipping as some of the orders were either confused and did not send correctly or were lost in delivery somehow. Customer Service was very understanding of the fact however and did send what was not recieved after muliple attempts and did not give up until I recieved the products to which I paid for. I love these mops and the price compared to others i have tried!!! I will be buying more.”
“I am really pleased with the mop system. It does a much better job than my old Schmop with a terry cloth cover. I use the pads on my tile, and the other, unpadded cover on my hardwood. The microfiber is a good quality.”
“Very sturdy, well-made mop. I like the way the removable pad for the mop attaches so easily. Have only used the dry mop on my hardwood floors so far but have no doubt the wet mop will work great. I use a steam cleaner once/week on my kitchen tile floor but this mop will be perfect for a quick cleaning in between especially with two dogs. Also impeccable customer service! I recommend this product and the company.”
