I live alone and I don't have to deal with heavy traffic, kids and spills, pets...I just want something that picks up the dust so I don't have to get on my hands and knees with a damp towel. I don't need steam cleaning, pads that need replacing or the $100 plus price tag of products like the Shark Genious, (I have a Shark vacuum by the way) etc. This mop I bought is simple, lightweight, stores easily, adjustable length if you need it...Even extra pads are fairly priced and the free shipping on all orders is nice. There's just nothing to not like. Maybe if you expect way too much from the mop you may be disappointed but that's not the products fault.”
