I called into the company seeing if they sell parts for their mop, I explained that I was stressed out because one part was crack and I had a very long week of cleaning house ahead of me. In response to a confirmation email from MW, I mentioned that I didn't know how I didn't see that the order had gone thru for all black (that's what the receipt said), and was a little disappointed. “We have really enjoyed using our new microfiber dust mop and wet mop. It works great on our hardwood floors. We had an issue with the dust mop pad coming apart in a couple corners so we reached out to the company and they responded quickly and sent out a replacement dust mop pad. Will definitely recommend this company to others.”
