I recently used this product to mount my new Nightforce scope to a Highly customized Savage 11 in 6.5 Creedmoor. Mounting the scope to the rifle was probably the easiest one I have ever done. As the other gentleman said, the installation tool makes it very easy to mount properly and completely removes the need for levels. I will be using these mounts going forward on every project where it is suitable.

I used this (4001) to mount a K624i (56mm) to a heavy varmint barreled rifle (Kreiger #17). Plenty of clearance while still being close. Height over bore ended up 2.658". There is not a lot of forward backward movement available in this mount, it hugged the turrets pretty tight. I mounted my scope all the way forward in the rings so I could see the turrets without taking my eye off the scope. I can see the bubble in the bottom of the mount, my left hand windage turret, and elevation turret. The top parallax is not visible without losing contact with the target and reticle. Torqued to 20 in/lb on the rings and 45 in/lb on the cross bolts. The leveling wedge was very helpful. No levels required. Rock Solid. I don't expect to go back to rings on future builds.
