Very sturdy. I was planning to do depth testing using a Seb rest. After shooting a few rounds with the TBAC bipod, I just did the test with that. Extremely happy with the results. Not identical to a Seb rest but very little movement.

Seems like a great bipod so far from a couple weeks of use on a LMT MWS. I like it more than my Atlas CAL at this point due to the speed of deployment, and easier adjustments. Note that it does not come with screws which normally is not a problem until the magpul rail grabber I was going to put on top didn't come with screws either. Seems to be an excellent product and Mile High is a great seller. I might buy another one in the future.
