“The hat I received was not ‘regulation’ as stated in the item description. The chin strap and buttons differed greatly from the standard MOD issue cap, as did the black wool band around the hat. The image displayed on the website is not the same as what arrived in the post. Once this was highlighted to the company a swift return & refund was issued, so overall the product was poor but the service provided was excellent.”
