The Milk Pantry recommends 1 - 4 serves per day based on your individual requirements. We always recommend seeing a lactation consultant if you are concerned about low milk supply to have individual recommendations for your circumstances.
This mix will make approximately 15 cookies that are safe for the whole family to eat and the mix also has a long shelf life, without the added preservatives or additives.
How to make
Just add 1 egg and 1/4 cup of melted butter to the cookie mix, roll into balls and bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool and enjoy!
Vegan Option: replace egg and butter with 1-2 tablespoons of water and 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil.

Gluten free plain flour (maize starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, thickener 415, 412, 464), organic quinoa flakes, organic raw sugar, brown sugar, gluten free brewer's yeast, organic flaxseed meal, organic cocoa beans, sodium bicarbonate (500), sodium acid pyrophosphate (450). Processed in a commercial kitchen which also processes gluten, nut and dairy products.
Best Before Date is at least 9 Months.

When it comes to Gluten Free we know how important allergies are so although the government requirements don't require us to label our packaging to state that non gluten free products are produced in the same kitchen, we like to give a full disclosure on the environment our products are produced in. When processing our Gluten free products we ensure Gluten Free specific utensils and sterilize all equipment and utensils, we also produce our Gluten free mixes separate from our other mixes so that no cross contamination can occur. We undergo regular observations with health officials that approve our processes for Gluten Free products.
