From 34 weeks you can prepare, with regular massage using Perineum Massage Oil to enhance flexibility in the skin of the birth area. With sweet almond and vitamin E rich wheatgerm oil, the oil is especially formulated for massages which help the perineum to become more flexible and relaxed, ready for childbirth.

How to use
Use from the 34th week of pregnancy.
1. Apply oil to the outer labia and between the vagina and the anus.
2. Massage the inner perineal area with the tip of the thumb and the outer perineal area with the fingers in circular movements, lightly at first then gradually increasing the pressure.
3. Insert thumb deep into the vagina. In doing so, breathe out and stretch the tissue down and out towards the anus. Repeat regularly. A slight pull should be felt but no pain.
Use three to four times a week for 5 to 10 minutes.
