“Very strong rubber smell from the lid. I’ve had this tumbler for different colors but only encountered the rubber smell this time. When I poured hot water in the morning and water tasted like rubber after a few hours. I don’t know if it’s a manufacturer’s issue”

“I purchased this item on sale 20% off when l went in the change the colour on a different day, l was charged the non sale price. I think this is poor, you made me pay 20% for a different colour a week later. It was a direct exchange. I just don’t think that makes sense, l bought it as a gift not because it was on special. So when l gave the gift and they wanted to change the colour it just seems like a poor customer service approach”
