“When I opened the package, the box inside with black with dirt and dust that got all over my hands. Not a great impression but that's okay, it's what inside that matters. Inside the box the products were also dusty. Again nothing a bit of water wouldn't fix. My disappointment is with the actual products themselves. While the design looks lovely from a distance, the feel of the products were not great. They were not smooth like you would expect. The wood was course when you brush your hand across it. The way the handle attaches to the cup is again not smooth making the product look cheaply made. I wouldn't usually be so pedantic about a cup and saucer but at this price point I was disappointed with the quality of product I received.”
