“Received the pen and found the internal collar which secures the cover to the pen was not attached. Meant when you pulled the pen from its lid the barrel came off and the pen remained in the lid. Very happy with the service from Milligram who replaced the pen and now works. Am using with a converter and find the pull through of ink is not great and I have to continually wind down the mechanism to push the ink adequately through to the nib. Nice to write with when it works.”
