I received my order MG182718 on Tuesday 1st Sep, and found out the ink of the rollerball pen has split out.
I have attached the photos of my hands for your reference. Still couldn’t wash off the ink. I’ve tested the pen and it still can be used, but it just annoys me as it is new, and the quality of the brand shouldn’t like this. It is quite disappointing with this situation.
Can I please request a exchange for this item if it’s possible?
