“I ordered this via the shop's click and collect one Thursday night hoping the next day (Friday) I'd be able to pick it up at a store near my workplace. To my surprise, my order was only ready to collect on Tuesday. When I dropped by to pick it up on Wednesday (having had bought another "cheaper" Faber Castell pen), I was surprised that they had it on sale for much cheaper than the amount I had to pay. They didn't put this discount on their website. I was very upset. When I got back home, I tried it, and this pen was significantly sub-par than the Faber-Castell. The ink didn't come out smoothly and left a streaky line far from vivid as advertised. Not happy at all with this purchase.”
“It has to be acknowledged that having selected a 2022 Rhodia Web Planner I was looking for a further purchase to pass the free shipping threshold. So the pen was chosen on a low price basis. Further, the pen itself has a lovely weight and feel to it. So what is the problem? It is the combination clip and retraction mechanism. Yes it works but it feels like it should be on another even cheaper pen. Did not feel smooth in operation although it is true that I have learnt to better transition with it. My lesson learnt is to pay more for a more complete pen experience.”
