First time using Tomoe River paper. It’s super thin but does not bleed through. I’m quite impressed and would buy more.

I always keep about 3 packs for backup just in case. It’s the gold standard and probably will forever be! I mainly use them for all calligraphy works.

Never knew what all the fuss was about, but now I'm absolutely a TR fanboy. Not as thin as I was expecting which was a surprise - still quite thin though. Japanese

$14.95 full price for average scratchy paper. Would prefer to buy heavier gsm paper from Officeworks for 10% of the price. Feel duped

This is very high quality paper with a smooth surface, semi-translucent so it can be used with a lined backing sheet. I have written on this paper with various fountain pens and inks without any problems such as ink bleeding through. I find it the right size for personal correspondence.

I love this product and have been using for years. What confuses me is why Milligram are asking me to review this product now considering I purchased it more than 12 months ago.

Hello Lisa, Apologies for this review notification and the confusion caused! As we're currently working to update our in-store system to connect with our online platform so you can see more when you log into your Milligram account, it looks like the system had sent a review request for an in-store purchase that was made in 2019 in error. So sorry about that! This review email can be disregarded :)

Feels extremely light to the touch, so I was skeptical at first that it would handle fountain pen ink well. But it's brilliant. No feathering or bleed through. The ink kinda "sits" nicely and doesn't pool or spread, so I don't feel in a hurry to complete particular letters or words. When the page is full, the paper doesn't feel soggy or anything. Really impressed with the way it handles the ink. That all said, though, the paper feels very light. So if you want something with more of the card feeling, go heavier.
