“I bought 9 of these, 1 for myself and 8 as Christmas gifts.
They are faulty and the incense stick does not sit on the hole which is too big (so it falls through). Very embarrassing!”
“Not sure if faulty but the hole actual incense holder is too big for the lovely incense sticks, and doesn't have a stopper, so the incense stick just falls straight through and doesn't stand up straight. Lovely looking product but not very functional.”
