“I use Japanese incense sticks that are about 4 inches long. It was tricky to use the Incense Flue for this type of sticks, because it's not possible to place the stick in the holder in such a way that the entire stick will burn. For longer sticks this won't be an issue. And even for my shorter sticks, the Incense Flue is beautiful and I have no regrets buying it. I just need to either accept that the Flue won't allow the whole stick to burn, or move the not-quite-done stick to another burner to finish it off.”
“I do overall like this product. Aesthetically looks nice, but major design flaw. If you use it as shown in the picture, you must empty it over the bin or else the ashes will fall all over the table. The hole in the base does not really hold the incense vertically up and slants to the side.”
“I am still waiting for AUS POST to deliver these. Ordered on the 12 OCT, supposed to be delivered on 26th OCT and 2 Nov, still waiting !! In future and now we are out of lockdown I will go in store, AUS POST have been abysmal in all deliveries...”
